CONTINUOUS ELECTRONIC WEIGHING SYSTEM : The State-of-the-Art Software System Processes and meters the mix proportioning. The feedback from the load cell is processed by PLC, which further automatically controls and processes the bitumen and filler proportioning.
DRYING AND MIXING UNIT : Aggregates are heated and mixed with asphalt binder and filler contents in the Drying & Mixing Unit. The Inherent Primary Multi-Cyclone Dust Collection unit is capable to collect dust from the drum unit. The unit includes Pressure Jet oil Burner with Blower.
LOAD OUT CONVEYOR WITH G.O.B HOPPER : The Mix Materials is discharged by the plant into the Load Out Conveyor equipped with Hydraulically operated clamshell gate to allow truck changing without spillage.
BITUMEN STORAGE TANK : Skid mounted high capacity hot oil jacketed gear type pump, controlled by an AC / DC variable speed drive feeds the amount of the Thermo drum unit. The fully automatic SCADA / PLC control ensures a precise metering of bitumen.
FILLER STORAGE UNIT : 1.5 tons of filler storage and feeding solutions for the customers to choose from, depending on the site requirements. A variable speed computerized synchronized metering system ensures the right proportioning in the mix.
